What’s the matter?
Comic artist Raphaela (Valeria Bruni-Tedeschi) and publisher Julie (Marina Foïs) have been a couple for ten years, but now their relationship seems to be over. During one of their grueling arguments, Raphaela falls and breaks her arm, and the two end up in a Paris emergency room. Violent protests are raging outside, the hospital is filling up with injured demonstrators, the staff is on their nerves and the situation threatens to escalate. When the angry truck driver Yann (Pio Marmaï) is transferred to Raphaela’s room, prejudice and class resentment collide. But in the course of the eventful night you will also find many things in common.
