Prepared in the US Congress reportwhich lists the types and quantities of weapons supplied to Ukraine since the outbreak of hostilities in the country.
The document notes that from February 24 to June, the American side handed over hundreds of armored vehicles, drones, howitzers and other weapons to the Ukrainian military.
General list of US military assistance to Ukraine:
- Javelin anti-tank systems – 6500 pieces;
- AT4 grenade launchers – 20,000 pieces;
- anti-aircraft guided missiles Stinger – 1500 pieces;
- M777 howitzers – 108 pieces, as well as 220,000 shells for them;
- Phoenix Ghost tactical strike drones – 121 pieces;
- kamikaze drones Switchblade – 700 pcs.;
- M113 armored personnel carriers – 200 pieces;
- Humvees – hundreds of pieces;
- Mi-17 helicopters – 20 units;
- small arms – 7,500 units and about 50 million rounds of ammunition;
- multiple launch rocket system HIMARS – 4 pcs.
At the same time, Kyiv has repeatedly pointed out that the West supplies weapons in insufficient quantities. In addition, Ukraine has not received weapons that would have made it possible to radically change the situation at the front. For example, Washington did not give a clear answer to the request of the Ukrainian authorities to provide the country with fighter jets.
