Al-Marsad newspaper: Prince Saud bin Salman revealed the reason behind his apology for the honorary membership of Al-Hilal Club.
Prince Saud bin Salman said, during his appearance on the Ya Hala program: “I was an honorary member of the Crescent in 2010 at the time of Prince Abdul Rahman, but when I entered the field of horses 5 years ago, I apologized for the honorary membership of the Crescent.”
He added, “I apologized for the honorary membership because I wanted to focus on horse racing, but I follow the field of clubs, and sometimes Al Hilal matches pass, or clubs in Saudi Arabia that I follow, I only follow the national team, or clubs participating abroad.”
When asked about the possibility of returning to the honorary membership of Al Hilal, Prince Saud bin Salman explained that he is still following Al Hilal, saying: “I follow Al Hilal, but I don’t think I return to him as an honorary member.”
