Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Saudi national team lost to Mexico with two goals to one in the decisive match that brought the two teams together at the end of the first round of the World Cup at Lusail Stadium, in the presence of more than 80,000 fans.

The goals of the Mexican national team were scored by Henri Martin and Luis Chavez in the 47.52 minutes, while Al-Akhdar did not appear effectively in Mexico’s goal throughout the 90 minutes, while the Saudi national team’s only goal was scored by Salem Al-Dosari in the fifth minute of stoppage time following being alone in the goal.

With this result, the Mexican team’s score rose to the fourth point, but it did not succeed in qualifying due to the goal difference, as the Polish team excelled in the number of goals.
