In these countries.. Tomorrow is the month of Ramadan, and Monday is Eid Al-Fitr

Several Arab countries, including the UAE, announced, on Saturday, that tomorrow, Sunday, is the completion of the holy month of Ramadan, and Monday, May 2, is the first day of Eid Al-Fitr, according to what was reported by “WAM”.

Kuwait also reported that the Kuwaiti Shariah Sighting Board announced that the Shawwal crescent moon will not be sighted, and tomorrow, Sunday, will complete the blessed month of Ramadan, according to what was reported by KUNA.

Also, the Saudi Royal Court announced, today, Saturday, that the Supreme Court confirmed that tomorrow, Sunday, is the completion of the blessed month of Ramadan, and Monday is the first day of Eid al-Fitr.

Qatar and Bahrain

In Qatar, the Crescent Sighting Committee at the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs announced that tomorrow, Sunday, will complete the month of Ramadan, and that Monday is the first day of Eid al-Fitr.

The Supreme Council of Islamic Affairs in Bahrain also announced that tomorrow, Sunday, will complete the thirty-day month of Ramadan, and that the day after tomorrow, Monday, is the first day of Eid al-Fitr for the year 1443 AH corresponding to May 2, 2022 AD, according to the Bahrain News Agency.

Iraq and Palestine

The Sunni Endowment in Iraq also announced that Monday is the first day of Eid al-Fitr, according to the official news agency.

Likewise, the Mufti of Palestine announced that tomorrow is the completion of the month of Ramadan, and Monday is the first day of Eid al-Fitr.

Egypt and Lebanon

In Egypt, the Grand Mufti of the Republic, Shawki Allam, announced that tomorrow, May 1, will complete the month of Ramadan, and Monday, May 2, will be the first day of Eid Al-Fitr.

Likewise, the Grand Mufti of the Lebanese Republic, Sheikh Abdul Latif Derian, announced in a statement, “We have not been proven to have sighted the crescent of the month of Shawwal, and therefore tomorrow, Sunday, May 1, is the day that completes the thirty-day period of the blessed month of Ramadan, and it will be on Monday, May 2, 2022 AD. It is the first day of Eid al-Fitr for the year 1443 AD.
