The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (Inameh) forecasts cloudiness, rain and showers, for this Thursday, in a large part of the country, due to tropical wave 16 of the season that approaches the Essequibo and its interaction with the Intertropical Convergence Zone .
The forecast adds that these rains will occur in the evening hours and will be accompanied by electrical activity, especially in Zulia, Los Andes, Apure, Barinas, Bolívar, Amazonas and Essequibo.
While rainfall accumulated between 3 and 30 liters per square meter is estimated.
Regarding the extreme minimum temperature in the early morning hours, 7°C was recorded in mountainous areas of Mérida; the maximum after noon close to 37 ° C in areas of Falcón, Lara, Zulia, Anzoátegui and Bolívar.
