A 42-year-old man was injured in the face and neck in a Laval rooming house overnight from Tuesday to Wednesday.
According to initial information, the altercation broke out around 2:30 a.m. between two men who live in a rooming house located on Lévesque Boulevard West.

“One of the two injured the other in the face and neck,” said agent Stéphanie Bechara, spokesperson for the Laval police department, adding that the suspect was arrested.
The 37-year-old victim was transported to a hospital for treatment of his injuries. His life would not be in danger.
