Incident in Visé: Violent Confrontation Between Love Rivals Leaves Two Injured – Latest Updates

A woman born in 1993 went on Friday followingnoon to Visé, to a love rival, equipped with a knife, with the intention of hurting her.

After talking with her on the sidewalk, the rival and one of her friends tried to control the aggressor who found herself on the ground, hitting her two interlocutors in the process.

One was injured in the hand and had to be stitched up. The second was also affected and has an initial incapacity for work of six days.

Passers-by intervened to disarm the suspect who then fled before being quickly arrested by the police in the Basse-Meuse area. She was immediately released.

The person concerned was referred Saturday morning to the Liège prosecutor’s office. An investigating judge was seized of the case and the issuance of an arrest warrant was requested once morest the young woman.
