The BCCI has announced the 18-member ODI-T20 squad for the series against the West Indies, led by Rohit Sharma. KL Rahul, who captained India in the absence of Rohit Sharma in the series against South Africa, will be India’s vice-captain. Spinner R Ashwin is not in either team. Venkatesh Iyer, who was part of the squad for the series against South Africa, has been left out of the ODI squad but has been named in the T20 squad. Jaspreet Bumra and Mohammad Shami were rested. Pacer Avesh Khan is in both the teams. Herschelle Patel in T20 squad only Rituraj Gaikwad and Shikhar Dhawan are not in the T20 squad. Bhuvneshwar Kumar is not in the ODI team. Hardik Pandya and Ravindra Jadeja were also ruled out due to injuries.
