Bollywood drama queen Rakhi Sawant’s arrest is looming as the Supreme Court of India rejected Rakhi’s anticipatory bail plea and ordered her to surrender to the lower court within four weeks.
After the Supreme Court’s decision, Rakhi’s ex-husband Adil Khan Durrani is confident that Rakhi Sawant will soon be behind bars.
In fact, Rakhi Sawant is accused of leaking an alleged immoral video of her ex-husband Adil Durrani. Rakhi’s ex-husband Adil Durrani has filed an FIR once morest her for leaking obscene videos. Rakhi Sawant is now facing arrest in this case.
Rakhi has also filed several cases once morest Adil alleging that he was involved in an “extra-marital affair”. Although Adil claims that Rakhi is only trying to trap him.
After the court verdict, Adil said that Rakhi’s arrest is certain as soon as she returns to India from Dubai.
Adil claimed that the Supreme Court had rejected Rakhi’s anticipatory bail plea to avoid possible arrest in the alleged leaked video case.
He said that the Supreme Court has ordered Rakhi to surrender before the Mumbai Police within four weeks.
Earlier, the Bombay High Court rejected Rakhi Sawant’s anticipatory bail plea, following which Rakhi Sawant challenged the Bombay High Court decision in the Supreme Court.
“The court is not saying that I am not guilty, but Rakhi is equally guilty, so she should surrender,” Adil said.
