through the Consumer Protection Commissionit was decided to retain the funds of the company Fans & Music Entertainment up to the limit that is necessary to return all tickets to those affected by the cancellation of the events of November 22 and 23, 2022.
This measure is adopted, according to the institute, to “defend the collective interest of consumers”with an additional fine of 3 UIT (S/ 14,850) to the organizergiven that until last April the attention of 34.8% of requests was accredited, that is, 2,790 of the 8,407 in progress.
Along these lines, Indecopi indicated that Teleticket must report the total amount that was withheld from the companyfor a maximum period of 10 days to allocate said funds to requests for the return of tickets.
