Pedro Pascal won the SAG Award for Best Actor in a Drama Series for his role in The Last of Us, but he wasn’t exactly sober when he took the stage to give his acceptance speech.
Pedro Pascal admitted that he was a little squeamish when he accepted his award at the 2024 SAG Gala on Saturday, reports Variety.

he said on stage as he took over the The Last of Us the award for his performance in the series. He added: he didn’t think he would win the award, which is why he thought he was drinking.
Pedro Pascal, 48, needed a few seconds to collect himself before thanking HBO, which aired the series.
Ugh, Jesus Louise, I’m making a fool of myself. But thank you very much for that!
the actor exclaimed. Pedro Pascal called the award a “really big” honor, and he also intended to thank his fellow nominees, but as he said, “he doesn’t remember any of their names now.”

The actor later chatted with Tan France backstage, where the fashion designer asked him if he was satisfied with his speech.
