Erzsébet Németh said that Áder Annamária Pölöskei Gáborné should have known that two employees of the orphanage in Bicske already told her in 2011 that the director of the orphanage could harass the children. Erzsébet Németh quoted from this investigation report in the parliament on Monday and supported the fact that In 2011, the Budapest municipality and Áder Annamária Pölöskei Gáborné could have done more to protect the children.

According to Gy. Erzsébet Németh, there is another outrageous thing about this case, that no one among the members of the government apologized to the victims of Bicske. Only the deputy mayor at the time, Miklós Csomós, now wrote a letter to Gergely Karácsony, in which he followed the victims of Bicske, and a part of which was read out in the parliament by the representative of the DK parliament. The Immunity Committee – with 3 yes votes and 2 no votes – recommended to the Parliament on Monday to suspend the immunity of the member of parliament Erzsébet Gy. Németh in the given case, which was accepted by the parliament on Tuesday with 140 yes votes and 43 no votes, thus suspending the immunity of the politician . This was necessary in order to be able to stand before the Pest Central District Court in this case. (Members of the National Assembly are entitled to immunity, so they can only appear in court after it has been suspended.)
Gy. Erzsébet Németh said that she will not be silenced, and that she will do everything possible to pass the best possible law. According to him, Annamária Áder Pölöskei Gáborné, Katalin Novák and Zoltán Balog, as well as the entire Fidesz, are responsible. According to him, János Áder’s brother does not dare to stand up on his own, and sends messages through the former president of the republic.

According to the former president of the republic, the 21-page registrar’s report records that in 2011, his sister, who worked as the head of department in the mayor’s office, informed the then registrar in a memo that due to a public interest report regarding the director of the orphanage in Bicske, the preparation of the report had begun.
