Sunday July 9, Kevin Ornec and Mourad Amar were indicted for destruction of property by fire in an organized gang. At the end of their presentation before the Ajaccien investigating judge, they were placed in pre-trial detention. Both men deny the charges once morest them. They had been apprehended on the night of Friday July 7 to Saturday July 8 in the parking lot of Ajaccio airport when they had just got off the plane from Marseille, which arrived late.
Saturday morning, a third person was arrested before being released without charge in the evening.
