Indigo Boycott: Jayarajan will suffer if he does not change his stance

Thiruvananthapuram ∙ LDF convener E. P. Jayarajan’s stance that he will consider continuing to travel on their flight if IndiGo is ready to correct the mistake is another reason behind the change: if IndiGo is boycotted, for the time being E. P. Jayarajan can travel from Kannur within the state by taking Air India only to the nearby Kozhikode.

If you want to fly from Kannur to Kochi or Thiruvananthapuram, there is only IndiGo flight. There are very few flights from Kerala to out of the state where there is very little air travel within the state.

The Indigo service from Kannur airport is the only resort for politicians from North Malabar and those who need to go urgently to hospitals in Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi. Kannur – Thiruvananthapuram Indigo is the longest distance flight within the state.

Kannur has one of the shortest flights in the world. Kannur – Kozhikode – Delhi Air India service will reach Kozhikode from Kannur in 10 minutes. You cannot fly directly from any airport in Kerala except Kannur to Kozhikode airport.

English Summary: Indigo flight boycott to be setback for E.P. Jayarajan
