Dr. Hussein Mansour, head of the Food Safety Authority, said that all Indomie products are now being withdrawn from the market.
Mansour added to Masrawy, a while ago: There are parties that withdraw the product, and we will analyze samples of it.
For his part, Mahmoud Hassan, a wholesaler, said that the agent of Indomie is currently withdrawing the product at retailers and grocers because of what he called a problem with spice bags.
He added to Masrawy: Work is underway to withdraw all quantities from the market, and the withdrawn quantities are being replaced with others that do not contain chili bags.
Hassan explained: The main problem is in the bags of chili, in the last production segment of the company, but we did not detect any problem or health complaint because of the product, but some complained regarding the lack of quantities and foods such as vegetables.
