Palakkad: A three-year-old boy was found dead inside his house in Elappully. The postmortem report said it was murder. Mohammad Shanu, son of Shameer, a native of Elappully Maniyeri, was killed at his mother’s house in the morning.
Kasaba police are questioning the child’s mother and elder sister. The postmortem report said the baby died of asphyxiation. There is a scar on the neck. Hakeem’s uncle said he was suspected of murder and needed further investigation.
