Influenza: 14 suggestive cases identified at the end of September

During the last week of September, 14 clinically suggestive cases of influenza were identified in Saint-Martin by Public Health France against 6 the week before. However, there were no visits to the emergency room and no hospitalizations. The trend is to be followed carefully, conceives Public Health France.

In Guadeloupe, surveillance indicators in the city have increased significantly over the past two weeks with 300 cases suggestive of influenza recorded in the last week of September. In Martinique, the indicators are even higher with 750 suggestive cases observed.
