According to our information, Pierre Palmade would have found himself imprisoned in his car following a collision with two other vehicles in a traffic accident which would have occurred near the town of Villiers-en-Bière in Seine-et-Marne, near from Dammarie-les-Lys, on the RD372. The circumstances of this collision were not specified.
