Infront lands rights to Central Asia and Southeast Asia – Sport & Society

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) announced, this Thursday, June 15, 2023, to have ceded to Infront Sports & Media AG (Infront) exclusive broadcasting rights in 22 countries in Central Asia and Southeast Asia for the Games from 2026 to 2032.

A Less than three years from the opening of the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Games, the IOC continues to secure the allocation of broadcasting rights around the world.

In fact, through a press release published this day at the end of the morning, the Olympic institution announces that it has reached an agreement with Infront which therefore becomes the holder of exclusive media rights in a total of 22 countries on the Asian continent.

These rights – in all languages ​​and on all platforms for the Milan-Cortina 2026 and as yet unallocated 2030 Winter Games, and Los Angeles 2028 and Brisbane 2032 Summer Games – relate specifically to Afghanistan, Burma, Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Malaysia, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Singapore, Tajikistan, Taiwan, Thailand, East Timor, Turkmenistan and Vietnam.
