The Angels announced on the 15th (16th Japan time) that they have placed infielder Mike Moustakas and outfielder Mickey Moniak on the injured list (IL). A key player supporting the team has left the team once again.

Moustakas has strained left forearm extensor muscle. He was substituted in the game against the Mariners on the 12th (13th) and has been absent since then. Moniak had been absent since the 6th (7th) due to tightness in his left back. Both will be applied retroactively to September 14th (September 15th).
