It has been in the air for some time, the Galeria group confirms it: it is putting its INNO stores up for sale.
Concrete negotiations on the sale of INNO have not yet started. This means that, for the moment, everything remains unchanged for the staff.
Armin Devender, CEO of INNO, is confident regarding the future: “INNO is in good health and ready to continue its independent path. Our strategic repositioning in recent years has borne fruit. During the 2021-2022 financial year, INNO achieved a positive EBITDA of more than 10 million “Euros, and for the financial year which has just ended, we are also heading towards an excellent result.”
INNO, there are 16 stores including the one in Liège and a thousand jobs.
