The “Airbnb Task Force” established in 2022 in Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol, for the online booking platform of the same name is clearly working. According to the “Tiroler Tageszeitung” (Saturday edition), some 110 administrative proceedings have been initiated and 42 use bans issued since the working group was established. The newspaper also obtained three rulings from the State Administrative Court (LVwG) confirming the penalties.
