The National Institute of Public Health of Quebec is pleased to present the recent revision of its typology. This adjustment is part of a constant concern to clarify the organization of its products and services and to make the work more transparent and more relevant for its recipients. The new tools were gradually integrated between last May and September.
The main novelty consists of the introduction of collections as a method of categorizing products. The other changes made concern the templates, now decorated with distinctive visuals and presenting contextualized forewords. The priority objective is to reduce or even eliminate any risk of confusion regarding the aim of institutional productions.
Publications related to COVID-19 will have a special status. All future updates will continue to be made to old templates, knowing that they are already in circulation. However, new productions will be presented in the appropriate collections, in the same way as for other themes.
With this revision of the typology, the INSPQ wishes to increase its capacity to carry out its scientific programming. It is a guarantee of the respect he devotes to the quality standards with which he has adopted and which are so precious to him.
