The extract is the way to prove income and is provided annually by the institute to help with the Income Tax declaration when it comes to the amounts that were received by the beneficiary last year. The document is now available and you can access it through My INSS, which is through the website or app.
Also, you don’t need to go to an INSS agency to get your extract, the document can be downloaded directly from the internet.
