On Instagram, the menu Checked in allows you to sort all your favorite content into collections, the name of which you can choose as you wish. With this, Instagram is also working on a function “silence” to update your status to indicate that you are unavailable automatically after a certain time. Notifications, too, would be disabled accordingly, with the aim here of allowing you to take a break before sleeping.
It is indeed the “night” period that Instagram mentions, when we know that it is indeed preferable to switch off your smartphone before going to bed to guarantee a better quality sleep ensuite.
