Since Monday, a bug on Instagram annoys more than one.
On Instagram, several users complained about a rather redundant bug. Its effect? The same Stories are looping. And this, without it being possible to pass them to view the following ones. The first complaint was published on Reddit and since then, the posts of users who are victims of this problem have been surging on social networks.
Note that this bug only affects some users, some being miraculously spared. Following the alerts, the application quickly announced that it was studying the problem in order to offer a solution to its users. In the aftermath, Christine Pai, spokeswoman for Meta, told The Verge in an email that the company was “aware that some people were having difficulty accessing Instagram Stories”. Since then, the bug seems to be fixed, update The Verge in an article. Indeed, Instagram released an update for the app in the App Store this Wednesday morning. For users where the problem persists, it is therefore recommended to perform this update or uninstall the application and reinstall it.
