Ring Intercom is an intercom extension that lets you talk to visitors at your doorstep through an app. The product is now available on Amazon.
After installing Ring Intercom, you will be notified on your smartphone as soon as a visitor rings the bell. You can now talk to the visitor and, if necessary, open the door right away.
Amazon promises that the smart extension is compatible with most intercom systems and is easy to install. Of course, Ring Intercom also works with Echo speakers. You can have notifications sent to your Echo device and communicate with visitors who have activated your intercom via Alexa via voice control.
If you wish, you can use an automatic release function to automatically grant access to Amazon suppliers so that they can drop off packages inside the building.
