The new building completed by Interconstruct at Risquons-Tout includes four office floors of approximately 320m² each, ready for use.

Leaning against the Franco-Belgian border, the “CART” is located in the Mixed Economic Activity Zone of Risquons-Tout. Before the construction of the two pavilions, it already had a total area of ​​5,617 m² spread over five floors, in modular spaces, meeting rooms and videoconferencing. “It is intended to accommodate companies active in the fields of telemarketing, the Internet and IT.“, explains the intermunicipal IEG.

The CART is an important economic center of the city of Hurlus since it accommodates, before the second pavilion is invested, more than 250 people 15 companies or organizations.

The firms that occupy the structure are call centers or other telephone platforms operating in the fields of telemarketing or distance selling, contact centers and other teams carrying out initiatives aimed at implementing projects to support for job seekers, but also for the offices of companies active in the marketing of concepts relating, among other things, to the environment sector, as well as sustainable urban engineering.

With these new constructions, the “CART” will further diversify the type of companies hosted.
