Manama: India lost once more in an international friendly football match. They lost to Belarus 0–3. After losing 1–2 to Bahrain in the first match, coach Igor Stimach made seven changes to the Indian squad, but it was not worth it for Belarus.
Malayalee player V. P. Zuhair was given a chance by the coach in the first XI this time as well. Bykavu Arstem (48), Salavey Andre (68) and Hramyaka Valerie (90 + 1) scored for Belarus. The matches were a warm-up for India in the Asian Cup qualifiers.
