“International Textile Fair 2021: A Crossroads of Global Partnerships and Investments in Morocco’s Textile Industry”

This 20th edition saw exceptional attendance estimated at more than 2,300 professional visitors with projects, including 250 international visitors from 22 countries, including professionals from France, Switzerland, Germany, Finland, the Netherlands, Ireland, United States, Spain, of Portugal, Belgium, Russia, China, Turkey, Israel, Tunisia, Algeria, Italy, Greece and Egypt. The main objective of the visitors is to be part of a dynamic of partnerships and development of investments in the sector, between principals, investors and Moroccan industrialists.

The novelty of this edition, the pavilion dedicated to Moroccan brands, was a great success, highlighting local brands. Also, the “Creators” area attracted a large audience, through an exhibition of collections from renowned designers, including winners of the Casablanca Fashion Academy.

The International Textile Fair, considered as an accelerator of B to B relations, distinguished itself by a business climate judged to be of quality by the organizers, a crossroads of privileged exchanges in the sector of the textile industry. and clothing.

On the sidelines of the show, several conferences were organized, led by experts in the sector, namely Mrs. Sarah DADUSH of STTI (The Sustainable Terms of Trade Initiative), Gildas Minvielle, Director of the Economic Observatory within the French Institute de la Mode, Matthijs Crietee from the IAF (International Apparel Federation), Eleonore Richardson from the IFC (International Finance Corporation), Taha Ghazi from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and Mr. Mohamed Benjelloun from AMDIE (Agence Moroccan Development of Investments and Exports).
