Specializing in the organization of sporting and solidarity events, KCO is the market leader in fundraising events serving associations. KCO also supports companies, institutions and communities (Paris Terres d’Envol, APHP, Vinci, Sanofi, etc.) in the design and organization of mobilization and awareness events on the themes of commitment and social responsibility. .

???? CONTEXT AND MISSIONS
Under the responsibility of one or more project manager(s), you will be required to work on several aspects of an event, from design to completion. Your mission will allow you to have an overall vision of the organization, including preparation phases for certain events and production phases for others.
Your actions:
• participation in the design of events in collaboration with the team,
• creation of technical documents, development of the program of events,
• monitoring of the organization with elected officials, partners, sports associations,
• supplier search and order tracking,
• volunteer recruitment actions and design of management tools,
• active presence on the ground during events.
This list is non-exhaustive and may evolve depending on missions and current events.
???? DESIRED PROFILE
• Experiences (internships, volunteering, associative experiences, etc.) in the field of sporting events, fundraising, citizen mobilization.
• Dynamic, organized and rigorous.
• Good sense of relationships and responsibilities, sense of teamwork.
• Permis B.
Formation
Master’s degree in communication / marketing / CSR, Business School etc.
