Investigation into Joost Klein stopped: no evidence

Joost Klein was disqualified during the Eurovision Song Contest because he allegedly made a threatening gesture towards a camerawoman. After that, the police started an investigation into him. But that has now stopped.

Different stories

The investigation showed that he made a movement in which he hit a camera. What exactly happened can no longer be determined because Joost Klein, the camerawoman and eyewitnesses tell different stories about what happened. There is also no evidence that anyone was really afraid or that it was Joost Klein’s intention to scare anyone.
