PACHUCA, Hgo., March 2, 2022.-The Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) in Hidalgo urges the entitled population to use the IMSS Digital application to obtain an appointment at the Family Medicine service, which can be made for the insured and their beneficiaries.
With the IMSS Digital application, travel and waiting times are reduced to be treated at the corresponding Family Medicine Unit (UMF), the application is available for Android, IOS devices or, where appropriate, can be accessed through a computer with access to Internet.
You only need to register in the system, for which you must have an email and the Unique Population Registry Code (CURP).
To use the application, it is recommended to register in the system, for which CURP and email will be requested.
When entering the application, you must select the option called Family Medicine appointment, then you must choose the user who will attend the consultation, in this way it will be scheduled according to the availability that is available.
Once the process is finished, information will be given about the FMU to which you must go, office number, date and time as confirmation, so you are requested to come 15 minutes before your appointment.
