Like every year, Apple is increasing the pace a bit for the betas of its next operating system. A week following the second public beta and the fix for the fourth developer beta, Apple has released the fifth developer beta of iOS 17.
As a reminder, iOS 17 requires an iPhone XR or XS and this year puts aside the iPhone 8 and X. This beta version of iOS 17 is accompanied by its different variants: iPadOS 17 for iPads, tvOS 17 for Apple TV (all models) and audioOS 17 for the different HomePod variants.
iOS 17: second public beta and revised beta 4 for developers
The third public beta should follow within the week if Apple keeps the same pace as in 2022.
