Black Friday is an opportunity to do business, particularly on Apple brand smartphones. But between the iPhone 13, iPhone 14 and iPhone 15, which one should you choose? We have compared their technical characteristics so that you can select the one that is really made for you.
In terms of design, there is very little difference between the iPhone 13, iPhone 14 and iPhone 15 which therefore look very similar. They all three have very flat profiles, like their backs and with photo sensors installed in the upper left corner, at the back. The iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 offer strictly identical dimensions except in terms of thickness. The iPhone 13 is 7.65 mm compared to 7.8 mm for the iPhone 14. This is the same thickness as the iPhone 15 which is slightly larger than the other two, by only one millimeter… The lightest , it is the latter with a weight of 171 grams compared to 172 grams for the iPhone 14 and 174 grams for the iPhone 13.
To work, the battery capacity of the iPhone 15 is a little larger than that of the other two, i.e. 3349 mAh compared to 3279 mAh for the iPhone 14 and 3227 mAh for the iPhone 13. They recharge with wired or wireless. It’s very useful.

If it’s performance that interests you the most, it’s the iPhone 15 that you should choose given that it is equipped with the Apple A16 chip with 6 GB of RAM versus the Apple A15 Bionic chipset 6-core for the iPhone 15, also with 6 GB of RAM while the iPhone 13 uses a 4-core Apple A15 Soc with 4 GB of RAM, slightly less powerful.
For photos, it’s the iPhone 15 that produces the most beautiful shots with its 48-megapixel main sensor combined with a 12-megapixel telephoto lens capable of 2x optical zoom. This is also the case for the iPhone 14 but with a 12 megapixel main sensor optically stabilized to limit shake. It is the same main lens that is installed on the back of the iPhone 13 with another 12 megapixel module.
What is the best screen and what connectivity?
For the display, no jealousy since the three devices are equipped with a 6.1-inch diagonal OLED panel supporting the Dolby Vision video format for the streaming platforms that use it. The iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 display a definition of 1170×2532 pixels compared to 1179×2556 pixels for the iPhone 15 which, however, offers higher brightness. All are limited to a maximum refresh rate of 60Hz.
In terms of connectivity, all three Apple smartphones are compatible with 5G networks. They also offer Wi-Fi 6 and NFC contactless technology. They are completely waterproof and dustproof. The iPhone 13 and 14 have a Lightning port for charging and exchanging data while the iPhone 15 uses a more universal USB-C connector.
