According to reports from several users in China, the iPhone 14 has a bug that is causing multiple automatic reboots and frequent. In some cases, the Apple smartphone even reboots twice a day.

The WeChat account “Black Cat Complaints” has received a flood of complaints from people who purchased the iPhone 14 from various authorized Apple resellers.

Many consumers contacted official Apple support and a remote diagnosis was performed. However, the company did not find any hardware-related issues.

Users who took their iPhones to Apple’s service in person also complain regarding the support that the company has offered in China. In some cases, the company’s repair shops refuse to carry out repairs under warranty, claiming misuse.

One user said his iPhone was refused warranty because it had a small crack in the bottom corner of the display. In another similar case, Apple even gave a new device to the user, but it came open. That is, apparently it was already used. As a consequence, this user is looking for help from the authorities.

For now, Apple has not commented on the complaints. In any case, everything indicates that the problem is in the iPhone software, something that can be solved simply and quickly through an iOS update.

It should be noted that the problem is being reported mainly in China.
