The four iPhone 14s may suffer from another bug, this time related to the SIM card, physical or virtual. Some users may see a message showing that the SIM is not supported, such as bring it back MacRumors. After it is displayed, the smartphone may be completely blocked and unresponsive. If necessary, Apple’s instruction is to wait a few minutes to see if iOS comes to its senses and if the correction does not come by itself, the only remaining option will be to contact the apple support service, at remotely or in Apple Store.
The internal memo consulted by the site specifies that this known bug is not of a hardware nature, it is indeed a software defect which will be corrected with a future update. While waiting for its arrival, the bug is particularly penalizing when it occurs, because a restoration carried out oneself is not even enough to correct it. Fortunately, the problem does not seem to affect too many iPhone 14 users.
