Rumors regarding the iPhone 15 follow each other, but they are not alike. Which might mean that the information obtained so far was not the right one, or that Apple is experiencing some problems in the production of its next flagship.
According to analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, this second proposition would be the most correct. On Medium, Kuo explains that due to “unresolved technical issues before mass production“, the two high-end models of the iPhone 15 Pro (Pro and Pro Max) will abandon the solid buttons, and will therefore retain their physical buttons. As a reminder, the rumor announced a replacement of the volume buttons, which would no longer be physical , but solid, with haptic feedback managed by iOS (like the trackpad of the new MacBooks).
