With the 16th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) just around the corner, one of the newest franchises in the tournament, Lucknow Supergiants, has unveiled the new jersey they will be wearing for this year’s IPL.
Ravi Bishnoi, Avesh Khan, Jaydev Undakath, Deepak Hooda and Captain KL Rahul attended the unveiling ceremony. The team also organized a fashion show during the unveiling ceremony and the stars of the franchise also participated in the show.
BCCI Secretary Jai Shah, LSG owner Sanjeev Goenka and team mentor Gautam Gambhir were also present at the unveiling ceremony. The team hopes that the new jersey will bring much needed luck to their team in the season.
LSG finished third in the points table last year. Under the leadership of Rahul, the team won nine out of 17 games. LSG is expected to maintain its good form in the IPL 2023 season. Lucknow’s first match of the season is against Delhi Capitals on April 1.
