An authentic victory for England who rained goals in the first match of Group B of the Football World Cup.
Bukayo Saka doubled England’s lead, scoring his team’s second goal in the 43rd minute. Xhaka flicked the ball into the goal after Harry Maguire’s pass. 14 minutes of injury time after the Iran goalkeeper was injured. After 45 minutes both teams got 14 minutes of extra time. Raheem Sterling scored the third goal for England in injury time.
