The Iranian turbo engine develops 163 horsepower, that is, it is superior in power to the top AvtoVAZ unit, the 1.8 gasoline “aspirated” engine, which produces only 145 forces and is installed on the Vesta Sport.
Iran Khodro is ready to supply its engines “to everyone, including AvtoVAZ”, if the leadership of the Russian auto giant is interested in this proposal. Moreover, the Iranians can import to Russia both the engine itself and it in conjunction with a manual or automatic transmission.
