Eating fresh conch for the less fortunate has become almost impossible. Due to the scarcity of this marine mollusk, prices continue to increase. On average, it costs around 35 euros per kilo, depending on whether it comes from a fisherman or a supermarket. To better understand this phenomenon, we set out to meet fishermen, restaurateurs and consumers in the Point region.
