Earlier this week, Fightful said they were contacted by a WWE Superstar who believes Vince McMahon is back on the American company’s creative team, which has been managed for several months now by Triple H.
This time around, we’re turning to Wrestling News for more details on that. The American site has contacted several internal sources and these people say they have heard nothing about this potential return of Vince McMahon to the booking, but they would not be surprised if the rumor was confirmed. WWE has yet to deny the rumor internally.
Another person clarified that the match between Omos and Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania caused a lot of talk behind the scenes of RAW: “It’s something that Vince would do, he liked Omos. But she says she didn’t see Vince McMahon backstage at Elimination Chamber or the next RAW. But that doesn’t mean he couldn’t be in contact with the creative team.
