Around 1000 tourism students and gastro apprentices from all over Austria took part in the Gösser tap championship this year. In the end, Isabella Haider from Schlüsselberg (Grieskirchen district) proved to be the best. The 19-year-old, who is completing a chef/waiter apprenticeship at the Oberndorfer Wirt in Schmiding (Wels-Land district), was first the state winner and has now also prevailed in the national final. Her director and her teacher at the Altmünster vocational school took her to the final accompanied.
