Islamabad High Court Rules Toshakhana Case Against Former Prime Minister Imran Khan Not Admissible

Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court ruled that the Toshakhana case once morest Pakistan’s former Prime Minister Imran Khan was not admissible. Meanwhile, IHC Chief Justice Amar Farooq had earlier reserved judgment on a petition filed by the former prime minister challenging the trial court’s decision to declare admissible the criminal case filed by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).

Earlier, the Chief Justice had reportedly adjourned the matter to June 23, saying that he would look into the matter following Eid-ul-Adha.
