Peloponnese Newsroom

Israel’s leadership is considering what kind of response to Iran’s airstrike last Saturday (4/13), weighing a number of options.

At the same time, the possibility of Israel targeting Iran’s nuclear facilities is open, according to a former Mossad director. Zohar Palti, a former senior official at the Intelligence and Special Missions Institute, Israel’s main intelligence-gathering and analysis organization, spoke about the country’s possible responses after Iran launched more than 300 missiles and drones.

When asked if there is any thought of striking the nuclear facilities, he said according to Skynews: “there is no doubt. Everything is on the table right now. Even the nuclear facilities”.
