On Sunday, Israelis once again protested in large numbers against the planned changes in the judiciary. Earlier, Prime Minister Netanyahu fired an opposing minister. A split is growing in the government, unions are threatening a general strike, and the president is sounding the alarm: Security, the economy, the whole of society are at stake.
