Israeli forces also “attacked terrorist targets using artillery and ‘Iron Sting’ guided mortar munitions,” the same source added. In turn, during the day, militiamen “shot at an unmanned aerial device of the Israeli Army” in the area of the Cheba farms, an area disputed by Israel and Lebanon.
After that, an Israeli drone “reached the source of the fire and Israeli soldiers responded with artillery fire,” the Army added.

The troops also fired artillery “to eliminate a threat,” after “an unusual identification in the Shtula area,” a military spokesman said.

The border between Lebanon and Israel has seen numerous clashes since October 7 between Israel and the Lebanese Shiite militia party Hezbollah.
