It can’t bear it anymore – Rufus 3.19 preview version adds the option to bypass Win11 forced login Microsoft account

In early May of this year, Microsoft made an Internet connection and a Microsoft Account (MSA) mandatory for installing Windows 11 22H2 Insiders. But fortunately, someone discovered earlier that they can use the “OOBEBYPASSNRO” method to bypass, and manually install Windows 11 22H2 with a local account.

The popular Windows installation USB authoring tool Rufus has recently joined this installation method, and its latest preview version 3.19 Beta has added an option to bypass Windows 11 22H2’s mandatory requirement for MSA. In addition to the option to bypass MSA, the option to bypass TPM and secure boot has been added, and these options were added in Rufus 3.18 Beta version.

The changelog for Rufus 3.19 beta describes the following new features:

  • Added a new selection dialog for customization of Windows 11 settings
  • Secure Boot and TPM Bypass are now added to this dialog
  • Allows bypassing Windows 11 22H2’s mandatory MSA requirements (note: the network must be temporarily disabled or unplugged to create a local account)
